Do I need a Dutch address to use Zekko?
Most Dutch insurance and energy contracts require a registered Dutch address. As long as you have one, Zekko works for you.
What is a BSN and do I need it?
BSN (Burgerservicenummer) is your Dutch citizen service number. Zekko itself does not store your BSN. Some insurers and providers require it for specific products — that is between you and them.

Can I switch contracts through Zekko?
No. Zekko shows what you have and when it ends; you choose and arrange a new contract yourself. Zekko is free. We don't earn anything from your choices: no commission, no brokering and no advice. If that ever changes, you'll read it first on our transparency page.
